Due Diligence

In addition to providing quality IR services to our clients, we also provide due diligence services to those hiring parties seeking to engage an Investor Relations or Stock Awareness firm. Because we are well connected and have compiled comprehensive databases of information pertaining to IR firms and an ever increasing field of Stock Promoters, we provide extremely valuable information to help you make an informed decision when hiring these services.

Why do we offer this? Easy. We have heard (and our co-founder has experienced) of many horror stories of companies engaging unscrupulous stock promoters, forking over substanstial engagement fees and getting nothing in return. And in most cases, there is absolutely no legal recourse.

It is not uncommon to deal with individuals representing so called IR firms or Stock Promoters that use fake names, fake addressees, virtual offices, offshore bank accounts. Some even have criminal backgrounds. Does this sound like someone you want to trust and wire tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to?

Because the cost of stock promotion can be tremendously expensive, why wouldn’t you make the effort to ensure you are dealing with a reputable and effective firm. All too often we hear stories of unsuspecting CEO’s hiring slick talking IR salesman, only to be left out in the dark, out of thousands of dollars (if not more) and without any positive outcomes for their company and its shareholders.

There are websites out there that track Stock Promoter performance, such as StockPromoters, StockReads, HotStocked, and Penny Stock Rumble, however their tracking methodology is misleading and does not provide the meaningful information you need. For example, they typically track a stock’s performance on day one of a promotion. It is very typical that a stock can trade on increased price/volume on the day one of a promotion, and then fall back to, or below, pre-promotion levels in the proceeding few days. These sites do not track this information, nor do they track the bad experiences that so many have with IR firms and Promoters.
